Jeff Hayton, CIO
3-time entrepreneur with background in venture capital, private equity and real estate. 10+ years experience in capital raising, strategic partnerships, acquisitions and finance. Helped facilitate over $110mm in venture funding and $70mm in real estate transactions from retail and institutional investors. Participated in 2 M&A deals, 1 Regulation A+ IPO, 2 QOZ Funds and over 50 real estate transactions.
