Extensive experience as a general contractor, builder, project manager and fundraiser for real estate developments and investment funds. Has raised over $30mm from accredited and institutional investors and produced $400mm+ in real estate sales from completed real estate projects.

Helped facilitate over $110mm in venture funding and $70mm in real estate transactions from retail and institutional investors. Participated in 2 M&A deals, 1 Regulation A+ IPO, 2 QOZ Funds and over 50 real estate transactions.
